Bib Pickup and Runner’s Evening at Útilíf
Útilíf invites all runners and outdoor enthusiasts to a fun and informative event at their store at Skeifan 11 on Wednesday, June 4th at 5 PM, in the lead-up to Hengill Ultra.
Andrea Kolbeinsdóttir and Þorsteinn Roy will be there to answer questions about:
- Nutrition and hydration before and during the race
- Preparation and routines for race day
- Plus a live Q&A session
Friðleifur Friðleifsson will give an overview of the race course.
Bárður Árnason and Þorsteinn Tryggvi Másson, Hengill Ultra’s course managers, will lead a safety briefing for all participants.
The event will be streamed live on the Hengill Ultra Facebook page, but we encourage everyone to come in person to pick up their race number and get valuable advice for race day!
